Measure H: Fire Funding Matters!
A forum for Measure H was held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the Del Mar Hall, Del Mar Community Center, 40600 Leeward Rd, Sea Ranch, CA, and by Zoom
The March 2024 election ballot will include Measure H: “THE IMPROVED AND ENHANCED LOCAL FIRE PROTECTION, PARAMEDIC SERVICES AND DISASTER RESPONSE INITIATIVE” which will greatly affect funding for our local fire department. Come to the January Forum to learn:
· Who/what is our fire department
· How fire protection works on the coast
· What is Measure H, how did it come about, what will it do?
· The current and future financial status of local fire protection
Fire department staff and District board members presented information and answered questions.
