What Is a Bioblitz? How to Use the iNaturalist App
Alison Young, Co-Director of the Center for Biodiversity and Community Science at the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, presented information on how to create and post observations using the iNaturalist app and our smartphone cameras. The data from these observations help to create an "atlas" of our natural habitat that can be accessed and used by other naturalists, landscape planners, environmentalists, climate change researchers, and the scientific community.
